TUITION PAUSE FORM

The Dance Space offers year-round classes with tuition contracts remaining in effect until the individual withdraws from the program. If you wish to pause your tuition please fill out the form below before the 20th of the month to prevent being charged for the next month's tuition. This charge is non-refundable. In the event that the pause process is not carried out in accordance with the membership tuition policy, you will be responsible for paying the monthly tuition. If you wish to withdraw and cancel your membership from THE DANCE SPACE, kindly complete the withdrawal form.
